Managing Director, Private Credit & Debt Advisory

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced debt capital markets professional to continue the momentum and growth of ATB Cormark’s Capital Markets Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodities (FICC) platform. The role of Managing Director, Private Credit & Debt Advisory will manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, deepening ATB Cormark’s relationship and working closely with internal ATB Cormark partners to maximize the impact of our multi‑coverage model. This role is onsite and reports to our office in Toronto, ON.

Accountabilities

• Leading ATB Cormark’s Private Credit & Debt Advisory business by originating mandates from existing ATB Cormark clients and prospects outside the platform.
• A diversified industry/sector understanding, but a focus that aligns with the ATB Cormark mandate, specifically in Energy, Mining, Technology, and Life Sciences.
