Managing Director (m/f/d) Spain
- Full management responsibility for the Iberian subsidiary, including production, sales, logistics, finance and HR
- Develop and execute the regional growth strategy for Spain and Portugal
- Lead, mentor and strengthen the local leadership team
- Expand customer relationships across hydraulics, industrial sectors and mobility
- Oversee production operations and drive process optimization, lean initiatives and digital transformation
- Manage budget, P&L and KPIs; report regularly to Group Headquarters in Wipperfürth
