Must have prior luxury safari experience managing a cluster of lodges. As Managing Director, you will carry full P&L responsibility and lead the overall strategic, operational and commercial direction of the business. Reporting to the company Board, you will be accountable for delivering sustainable growth, strong governance, and long‑term value for shareholders, employees, and stakeholders.

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Lead and develop a high‑performing executive and management team
- Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
