In this role you drive technical due diligence within Mu0026amp;A and financing processes for infrastructure and energy assets, collaborating with climate, ESG and transactions teams. You assess technical, operational and economic value drivers, identify deal risks and opportunities, and manage typical transaction deliverables. You work closely with internal and external experts to deliver integrated evaluations and help shape deal outcomes.
