Location: Makati City, Manila
Multiple shift timings available:APAC Shift: 06:00 AM–03:00 PM and 09:00 AM–06:00 PM PHT;
US Shift: 02:00 PM–11:00 PM and 07:00 PM–04:00 AM PHT.
Role Summary
Manage BAU TA Dealing operations from the Philippines, ensuring accurate and timely execution of investor transactions, adherence to SLAs, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to process improvement, risk management, and operational efficiency within a global delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and oversee financial and non‑financial transactions in line with client and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transaction processing aligned to SLAs.
- Maintain and validate investor and client documentation with full audit trail capability.
