Manager/Senior Manager,Enterprise Transformation & Turnaround - Strategy

We are looking for a high-performing Engagement Manager to join our growing Transformation & Turnaround team in Montreal. You will lead high-stakes mandates where clients need results fast performance is slipping, cash is tight, confidence is fragile, and leadership needs a clear path from diagnosis decisions execution measurable impact. All this in the context of strategy , performance improvement and transactions.

1) Transformation delivery

• Lead end-to-end engagements delivering performance improvement across revenue, cost, and cash levers
• Translate objectives into a structured delivery plan: workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and governance
• Drive initiative design and mobilization: sizing logic, business cases, execution plans, and value tracking tied to P&L/cash
