Primary Purpose of this position
The role of GBS Account to Report Manager is to ensure the successful execution of an end‐to‐end process by building and supervising a high‐performing team, directing work, collaboratively resolving conflict, positively communicating across the organization, and successfully working across multiple critical paths.
This role is responsible for the delivery of relevant services, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Integral to the role, the position serves to support the Director, GBS Account to Report in driving integral standardization and optimization of processes across Ball.
What you will be responsible for
Provide operational direction to accounting teams which includes organizing and monitoring work processes, and providing direction in workload balance and leading daily work in order to achieve the month end and quarter end close calendar.
