Position Summary
As a key leader within the People & Culture portfolio, the Manager, Workforce Optimization will play a pivotal role in the successful transformation of UHN’s scheduling optimization model and sustainability plan. The Manager will lead a team of analysts to work closely with internal stakeholders, units, and departments to engage, measure and implement optimized master rotations and scheduling templates across UHN.
