We are seeking individuals who are passionate about shaping the future AI‑enhanced workforce, with a strong interest in leveraging AI, analytics and digital technologies to deliver innovative AI‑enhanced workforce solutions.

We advise a range of local, regional and global clients on all aspects of people strategy, underlying compliance and governance in many areas of business‑driven HR programmes.

As a Manager within our Workforce Management practice, you will help clients design and deploy innovative, AI‑enhanced workforce solutions. You’ll work alongside a team of talent and rewards specialists who bring their expertise together to improve the way work works — across organisation design, strategic workforce planning, future skills and skill‑gap analysis, transformation action plans, and performance and total rewards.
