Job Purpose

Workday Solutions Architect to execute project activities and deliverables. The Workday Specialist position is responsible for Workday development for the company. The modules supported include Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Expense, Time Tracking, Talent Management, Learning and others. The individual is an adaptable professional who can turn broad, ambiguous business questions into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build, quality assure, and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements, including configuration of Workday and other system integrations.
