Manager, Voluntary Benefits – Permanent – Medavie Blue Cross (National)
Lead a national mandate for one of Medavie Blue Cross’ rapidly expanding lines of business. Work closely with sales leaders, consultants, advisors, clients, marketing and product teams to strengthen market presence and accelerate growth.
What You’ll Do
- Set and execute the growth strategy for the voluntary benefits portfolio.
- Coach, develop, and inspire a high‑performing sales team with clear goals, accountability, and a focus on sustained growth.
- Identify, evaluate and activate new distribution opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market channels.
