Develop and validate automated functional, electrical, diagnostic, and communication tests. Translate product specifications into comprehensive test coverage matrices and validation plans. Integrate PLCs, DAQ modules, fixtures, relays, load cards, and HIL systems into EOL setups. Collaborate with machine builders on fixture design, ergonomics, safety, and automation-readiness. Ensure compliance with IATF , ISO , ASPICE, and internal manufacturing standards. Drive MES and traceability integration, ensuring VIN-wise data logging and analytics. Lead commissioning, FAT/SAT validation, industrialization, and ramp-up readiness activities. Troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic issues to support production uptime.
