Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Lead the day-to-day management of the Front axle, Rear axle, Wheel end and Other vehicle parts systems. Responsible for components and systems from early concept through to current production.
Lead component and system Quality, Cost and Delivery target setting, compatibility, and adherence.
Manage the design, development and delivery of the Front axle, Rear axle, Wheel end and Other vehicle parts systems.
Manage the integration of Front axle, Rear axle, Wheel end and Other vehicle parts systems with Chassis Systems: Suspension, Steering, Subframes, Powertrain Mounts and Wheels & Tyres.
Create system archetypes and component development roadmaps for future vehicle cycle planning.
Ensure technical best practice documentation, design manuals and testing procedures are appropriately created and maintained to ensure consistency and robust failure mode avoidance.
