**Job Accountabilities:**

+ Work with TW sales team and finance team to build balanced business plan with the consideration of sales/margin/inventory to ensure the delivery of financial target and marketplace healthy for Nike wholesales business.
+ Initiate in-season management proposals to support business plans and cross functional alignment. Lead period analysis, including but not limited to product level sell through and overall sales/margin/ inventory study to influence current and future season planning.

**Job Description Details:**

**Pre-season**

+ Lead TW WS revenue forecast from marketplace capacity forecast for CSR & AOP and work with sales & finance team to drive aligned KPI, including Nike Rev. / retail sales / marketplace inventory, etc.
+ Initiate & facilitate yearly/seasonal in-season resource plan.
+ Work with Acct team & GC AP team to deliver aligned business plan through consumer code gates and support sports offense.
