• Serve as the day‑to‑day lead on transaction engagements for financial and corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries.
• Provide hands‑on experience with Quality of Earnings, working capital normalization, and net debt analysis.
• Advise on financial aspects of SPAs / APAs, including deal mechanics and post‑closing adjustments.
