Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead complete thermo-forming shop operations and production activities.
- Manage manpower, machine utilization, production planning, and process control.
- Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum quality and minimum rejection.
- Handle process optimization, cycle time reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Develop and improve thermo-forming processes, tooling, and cycle time optimization.
- Ensure implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards.
- Handle troubleshooting of machines, molds, and production-related issues.
- Develop and train shop floor manpower and supervisors.
