The Manager, Therapy Hub plays a key role in strengthening the service ecosystem to support the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the community. This role oversees therapy hub programmes, ensuring the quality, effectiveness, and sustainability of services. The manager will be responsible for programme planning and delivery, team development, stakeholder engagement, data-driven reporting, and compliance with funder and regulatory requirements. Registered therapists, trained social workers, or psychologists who wish to continue professional practice may allocate up to 20% of their time for direct clinical work` Responsibilities Program and Operations Management
