Manager, Test & Reliability

Responsibilities

Provide strong technical vision and leadership, including planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Test Engineering team. Ensure all testing activities, internal and external, comply with best practices, quality standards, safety regulations, and cost objectives. Lead the development of reliability prediction and assessment models. Provide reliability mathematical analysis and technical inputs to ensure robust design of customer products. Lead the development of adequate reliability test portfolios, including accelerated stress screening and environmental stress testing, on new designs, processes, or materials. Ensure all work is properly documented. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test procedures, and test reports. Use statistical analysis software to analyze data and draw data‑based conclusions.
