Manager, Technology Solutions Vendor Management

Definity, parent company of Canada’s long-standing insurance brands, seeks a vendor management leader to oversee, govern, plan, and continuously improve the technology solutions (TS) vendor management process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with critical TS vendors to support business growth at scale.
• Engage with strategic vendors, senior technology leadership and enterprise governance functions to ensure long-term value from partnerships.
• Partner with TS Leaders, Enterprise Procurement (EP), Risk Management and TS Security to identify opportunities to streamline the TS vendor landscape and realize expense savings.
• Provide support for TS OPEX year-end processes related to vendors.
• Collaborate with Vendor Risk/EP to refine the TS vendor management lifecycle to meet regulatory requirements.
