Commercial Auto TRS Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Commercial Auto TRS team, ensuring inspection targets are met on a monthly and annual basis.
• Conduct quality assurance audits on TRS field staff at regular intervals – including field performance reviews and report reviews – to ensure that internal standards are being met consistently across the team.
• Conduct field surveys to assist underwriting in new business acquisition and account retention where complexity or other considerations require input at a senior level.
• Provide direction, guidance, and technical expertise to the team on complex files.
• Organize and execute special projects, including overseeing and reviewing the development of whitepapers, technical guides, and presentations, taking into consideration Echelon’s risk appetite and target audiences.
