Identify business needs and opportunities aligned with the Bank’s current operations and future strategic direction. Apply a structured analysis methodology to gather requirements, propose solutions, and develop business requirement documents that support the creation of technical specifications. Leverage strong business acumen to drive process optimisation across the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Stakeholders Analysis to determine the various stakeholder groups, their needs, and how IT solutions would satisfy their needs.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and assist each of the stakeholder groups to develop the business case scenarios and align the business objectives, priorities and the achievements of the business outcomes through the implementation of IT or business solutions.
