As a Manager in the Tech M&A cohort of our Deal Transformation practice, you will advise corporate and private equity clients on the technology dimension of their most important transactions. Technology has become one of the defining value drivers in M&A—it shapes deal theses, influences valuation, creates integration and separation complexity, and ultimately determines how value is protected and delivered after close. With AI accelerating change across industries, you will help clients translate technology opportunities, risks and disruption into informed deal decisions and sustainable business value.
