What the role is:
We are looking for a driven and forward-thinking team player who thrives on making a tangible impact. You will be part of the HR Talent, Learning and Development team, playing a pivotal role in shaping URA's talent pipeline by reimagining how we attract, select and retain young talents, building a strong talent pipeline for URA. This is a 1-year contract position.
What you will be working on: Scholarship Programme Management- You will own and drive the full scholarship selection cycle end-to-end, from early outreach and shortlisting through to award and ongoing scholar management.
- This includes serving as the primary liaison to coordinate selection panels, align on assessment criteria, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout.
- You will also manage scholarship administrative matters such as processing of allowances, claims, and flight arrangements for scholars on overseas studies.
