**Manager Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**
**Role** **Purpose**:
Accountable for the overall delivery of a sizeable Talent Acquisition & Onboarding function across the Global Service Center (GSC) for offshore services provided to USA. For this role is expected to lead a team to deliver the operation, BAU activities and continue a transformation of the function.
**Principal Accountabilities**
- Partner with suppliers (Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP) & Vendor Management Solution (VMS)) to maximize performance and optimize outcomes in line with service level agreements and customer expectations ensuring a high quality and cost effective service is delivered
