Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Unix/Linux Administrator to manage enterprise Unix/Linux environments and ensure system resilience.

• Provide service recovery for Unix/Linux/Windows systems to ensure minimal downtime and business continuity.
• Conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) testing in coordination with business and infrastructure teams.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for critical incidents.
• Administer and maintain servers (Red Hat, AIX, Solaris) in production and DR environments.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support during assigned shifts and respond to severity 1 incidents under pressure.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders during high-impact incidents and recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with Level 1 support to monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
