Responsibilities Logistics & Global Trade Compliance
Coordinate domestic and international shipments to support production schedules, customer deliveries, and quarterly business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure the timely movement of medical equipment across borders.
Maintain compliance with applicable import/export regulations and company policies. Work with customs brokers and logistics providers to support complex customs classifications (HS Codes), valuations, and country‑of‑origin documentation to minimize shipment delays.
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. Monitor transportation performance, support vendor negotiations and identify opportunities to improve service levels, transit times, and freight costs.
