Job Purpose
Responsible in providing support in terms of project identification, selection, prioritisation and execution of initiatives that are in line with the company’s transformation journey from being a pure-play property developer towards becoming a sustainable real estate company
Job Responsibilities
- Identify initiatives that are aligned with the company’s strategy
- Evaluate transformation initiatives/business opportunities by analysing business problems, conducting market research and preparing financial models
- Provide advisory/consultancy services to project teams
- Work with business units to drive and monitor implementation of strategic / transformation projects
- Implement program delivery control by coordinating with respective workstream and team
- Continuously identify roadblocks or delays in delivering initiatives and formulating action plans needed enable course correction
