What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership & Execution – Lead projects from ideation to completion, shaping and executing strategic priorities with Head of Operations and C‑Suite.
- Supply & Demand Management – Strategize driver acquisition, onboarding, and retention to maintain ideal supply‑demand ratio, monitor performance, and improve completion rates.
- Driver Quality & Performance – Evaluate driver performance and align it with the Driver Quality Management System to hit NPS targets.
- Community Management – Set KPIs for driver communities (Allstar, B2B, Night Shift, Airport Community) and review performance.
- Driver & Partner Engagement – Build relationships with drivers, provide support, and mitigate operational disruptions.
