Job Overview
STPG Tactical IE Manager is responsible for driving short‑to‑mid‑term operational optimization, cost efficiency, and supply alignment across NAND and SSD manufacturing. The role partners cross‑functionally with POM, GSC, EEM, PDT, and Manufacturing to translate business demand into executable wafer, capacity, and cost strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead with urgency in tactical execution, identifying risks early and providing resolutions or mitigations.
- Manage materials across Test Chip Vehicle (TCV), New Production Introduction (NPI), and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) scopes, coordinating with FAB, BE, PE, GSC, GQ, and BU.
- Ensure product and manufacturing datasets (PSPT/PCT, MAM attr, nomenclature, Master Data, ENTBOM, wafer map) are set up by partners before demand line loading and update them as needed.
