• Programme Planning and Management
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive learning programmes aligned with sector needs and SSI's strategic goals.
  • Optimise resource utilisation, including premises and budget, to ensure cost‑effectiveness and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead end‑to‑end course administration, from pre‑course planning to post‑course evaluation.
