Manager SQA - I (Contractual)

Responsibilities

• Define the comprehensive QA strategy (manual and automated) and lead a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical ownership, mentorship, and continuous improvement
• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks to increase testing efficiency, coverage, and velocity across all product lines
• Collaborate with DevOps and Development teams to integrate automated testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines, supporting continuous testing and deployment
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to align testing activities with business requirements, project schedules, and release timelines
• Execute complex SQL queries for data reconciliation, conduct API load/performance testing, and validate security measures against vulnerabilities and OWASP standards
