Responsibilities
As the Manager, Specialty Leasing, you will be responsible for creating miscellaneous revenue for the Centre and ensuring business activity is aligned with the Centre’s brand identity. You will lead various initiatives to develop sponsorships and media relations, advertising, leasing temporary spaces, and arrange vending. Using your passion for quality design and merchandising standards, you will accomplish the following duties:
- Prospect vendors for temporary leasing, branded sponsorships and other miscellaneous income including media and vending
- Develop new and innovative ways to increase revenue for the Centre while maintaining high standards of presentation and service
