Manager Specialist Procurement (Monterrey)

This position exists to support the site Demand Plan by increasing the flexibility and delivery responsiveness from our Suppliers.

Main challenges for this position are to manage the Category's needs and strategy in compliance with the local and integral processes and engaging Suppliers to perform accordingly while continuously pursuing value add.

• Improve Compliance (Secure best practice on contracts and processes)
• Increase Value Add (Address More Spend, increase visibility / forecasting, include productivity savings)
• Improve Partner Promise (Be proactive)

• Sourcing : To Understand the business needs and provides supply and sourcing strategies in compliance with product specifications and Category requirements.
