To manage the implementation of Community Development Council’s Jobs Nearby @ CDC initiative and related programmes in the district, connecting residents with employment opportunities and community services through targeted outreach, stakeholder partnerships, and programme coordination.

• Support Job Ambassadors in their daily operations at job clinics by providing operational assistance and coordination.
• Support the delivery of capability-building sessions for Job Ambassadors to provide high‑touch job assistance.
• Implement outreach plans to increase CDC awareness and participation in job advisory services.
• Liaise and maintain partnerships with employers, merchants, SME, training providers, grassroots, and community partners.
• Process and manage case referrals and queries from the public, inter‑agency partners, and Grassroots Advisers, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate support.
