Overview

Join our Core Insurance Delivery team as Manager, Solution Development. You will support and enable the ongoing evolution of our Guidewire core systems, APIs, integrations, and shared capabilities that reduce cross‑team dependencies and enable self‑service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple delivery domains and manage complex systems development activities for SGI and SGI Canada.
• Lead the development of loosely coupled business applications and establish the tools, processes and methodologies for the delivery of microservices, enterprise SaaS applications, and integrations.
• Ensure application development activities achieve organizational goals for flexibility, availability, and scalability.
