Manager Solution Delivery (Emirati Talent)

The role is responsible for delivery of IT solution within the IT Department. She/he is accountable for efficient and effective solution delivery of commercial and non-commercial CAPEX projects in a timely manner and compliant to business needs.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with business and demand management on feasibility analysis and prioritization assessment of solution delivery and provide insights on business case viability, solution design complexity and IT capabilities and effort estimations
• Ensure systems enhancements are submitted without any compliance gaps, that the solution design caters for all the requested enhancements and that the developed solution performs as requested
• Assess all initiatives driven from stakeholders to make as a policy compliance check before implementation
