Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Scrum teams of iOS developers, including those local and remote.
• Engage in early stages of development to create, refine, and review requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate high‑level requirements into low‑level design and components.
• Set and enforce best practices for software development: unit testing, code reviews, architecture consistency, and adherence to Insulet’s design‑assurance SOPs.
