Manager / Snr Manager, Operations (Radiology)

The Role

Assist themanagement and independently manage the daily operations of the department and participate in the planning of strategic goals and objectives of the department.

Key accountabilities

1. Ensures efficient and effective delivery of service cycle in the clinics.
2. Participates actively in the process improvement projects
3. Ensures equipment are in optional operational condition
4. Ensures adequate supplies for efficient operations of the sections
5. Maintain high quality level of customer service to patients, doctors and clinic staff
6. Ensures efficient allocation of resources
7. Ensures clinical quality and patient safety is achieved and maintained

Qualifications & Experience

A Diploma/Degree or its equivalent.

Candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in thehealthcare industry.
