Key Responsibilities

- Manage vendor lifecycle, including procurement, contracts, and performance tracking
- Support organisational planning, headcount tracking, and leadership reporting
- Coordinate audit readiness and follow-up of findings
- Organise staff engagement activities, learning sessions, and events
- Support governance secretariat functions, including meeting coordination and action tracking
- Enhance digital workplace tools, intranet, and knowledge management systems
- Support onboarding programmes and ad-hoc strategic projects
- Drive process improvements and explore digital/GenAI tools
