Job Description Role Definition This role is responsible for partnering Fund Management & Investment (FM&I) businesses across REIT management and fund management platforms to provide practical, risk-based compliance and risk management advice. The role will support regulatory obligations, governance reporting, compliance monitoring and risk frameworks, while balancing commercial objectives with high ethical standards and the protection of investors' and unitholders' interests. Responsibilities
- Provide risk and compliance advisory support to REIT management, private funds, alternative investments and/or credit fund activities, including new initiatives, transactions, fund launches and ongoing operations.
- Monitor MAS, SGX and other applicable regulatory developments, assess business impact, and support implementation of required changes to policies, processes and controls.
