Overall Tenant Management Revenue Management

Develop and implement revenue and budget management strategies aligned with SCO and company goals. Monitor revenue trends, forecast future revenues, and identify opportunities to enhance profitability. Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and performance reports. Support Tenant efforts in driving revenue and productivity, including activations such as marketing events and campaigns, and promote a service/retail culture that is at par with Solaire’s standard.

Budgeting and Financial Analysis

Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the department's budget, including analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions. Conduct financial analysis to support decision‑making within the department. Manage and resolve low to medium level Tenant disputes and issues, and assist the VP, Strategic Partnerships or Head of the Department as needed in settling matters of higher, more advanced cases....
