- Lead and develop the Business Analytics team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ensure the reliability and accuracy of all data sources used across IBP & Sales Operations.
- Manage and optimize databases, BI tools, and analytics platforms to support business needs.
- Drive integration between different systems (ERP, CRM, BI platforms) to create a unified and consistent data environment.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and data pipelines.
- Establish data governance standards, including data quality controls, validation processes, and documentation.
- Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and resolve data issues.
- Provide analytical support to Demand Planning, Strategy/Pricing, Sales Process Improvement, and Business Governance teams.
