What the role is
As a Talent Development Manager at GRA, you will drive talent development initiatives focused on career development, leadership pipeline building, and performance excellence. You will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to design and implement programmes that enhance organisational capabilities and retain our talents.
What you will be working on- Career Development and Succession Planning
- Design and implement comprehensive career frameworks and progression pathways across GRA’s functional domains, and at individual level.
- Develop and curate self‑service career resources to empower employees in their professional growth.
