Responsibilities
- Agile Facilitation & Team Coaching: Program, design, and assist with Agile framework activities, including daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and sprint planning meetings involving the team, initiative owners, and stakeholders. Evaluate the Scrum maturity of the squad and guide them toward advanced stages at a sustainable pace.
- Strategic Alignment & Project Planning: Facilitate alignment on initiative outcomes, scope, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring they match the organization’s Value Delivery Stream. Support initiative/product owners in developing the inception deck and identifying necessary squad resources.
- Execution, Quality & Vendor Management: Direct and manage initiative tasks and development from beginning to end to produce intended outcomes. Ensure commitments and agreements with sponsors are met.
