Responsibilities
- Agile Facilitation & Team Coaching — Program, design, and assist with Agile framework activities, including daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and sprint planning meetings involving the team, initiative owners, and stakeholders. Evaluate the Scrum maturity of the squad and guide them toward advanced stages at a sustainable pace.
- Enable process activities by inspiring the team to Strategic Alignment & Project Planning — Facilitate alignment on initiative outcomes, scope, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring they match the organization’s Value Delivery Stream.
