.Drive Successful profitable business with identified set of customers so as to contribute towards overall CFS goals.
.Achieve targets as assigned by commercial head through various available revenue streams.
.Map each customer to have better visibility of customer activities.
.Ensure deep selling to existing customers so as to increase the share of wallet from them. With primary focus on CFS products sell other DP World products as applicable.
.Maintain a healthy target customer pipeline and ensure new customers are gained on a constant basis.
.Liase with BU head and commercial head for pricing matters as needed including pricing requests for specific customers as needed.
.Work closely with operations / customer support / sales in the process of quoting rates for eg :- pricing req for special equipment, reefers etc.
.From time to time work with BU head and commercial head to decide on pricing strategy and approach to be taken while quoting rates.
