The Manager Safety & Wellbeing will lead and drive the development and implementation of the bank’s workplace health and safety framework and provide support and advice to the business in all aspects of Health, Safety and Wellbeing including: risk management, incident response as well as proactive engagement projects and well-being initiatives designed to minimise any risk to the health and safety of the bank’s employees, contractors, visitors and customers.
This role is based on-site at our Collingwood head office, five days per week.
