Manager, Risk Management

Job Description
We are looking for a Manager, Risk Management to work closely with our partners in Transformation and Enterprise Operations (TEO) to ensure teams are compliant with internal and external regulatory requirements. The role will provide guidance to TEO teams to manage their Operational Risk, lead, direct, and oversee operational risk management activities to maintain an appropriate balance between risk and return, and drive valuable insights and recommendations to TEO leadership.ResponsibilitiesComplete Risk and Control Self-Assessments in accordance with RBC standards, including due diligence activities, gathering audit findings, regulatory review findings, control monitoring results, and documenting key control design and operational effectiveness.Conduct control assessments and testing to support the RBC Internal Controls Management Standard (ICMS), ensuring Key Risks and Key Controls are identified and managed.Report on monetary and non‑monetary Operational Risk Eve...
