What You’ll Do

Lead a national team of 25+ finance professionals, including five direct reports, across billing, collections, and client life cycle operations

Coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams by providing clear direction, hands-on leadership, and ongoing support

Design and implement finance dashboards that track monthly transaction volumes, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Strengthen the firm’s control environment by ensuring financial controls are well designed, effective, and consistently applied

Drive continuous improvement by documenting, streamlining, and enhancing core processes, policies, and procedures

Ensure compliance with ASPE, partnership accounting policies, and provincial law society rules and regulatory requirements
