Manager (Resort Operations)

Contract position with an up to $5,500 salary, located in Changi. Full time for 2 years.

• Work with a team to oversee the management of resort operations, contractors, partners, customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure achievement of contractual Performance Indicators and SLA KPIs.
• Lead, supervise and train the resort team and conduct regular reviews of work processes to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee management of resort purchases, inventories and assets to ensure cost effectiveness and prudence in spending.
• Prepare tenders, contract documents, budget forecasts and analysis reports.
• Execute any other duties required by management.

Full time (2 years contract).

Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm.
